Manufacturing Defects and Normal Wear & Tear

norda™ prides itself with producing high quality products for you and your family.

We know how important it is to have confidence in your purchases and we really want you to love our products.

If a norda™ product breaks down due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly exchange it free of charge. If the exact product is no longer available, a product of similar value and style will be provided or a gift certificate will be issued for a future purchase. Defective items can only be returned or replaced within the first six (6) months from original purchase date. Proof of original purchase is mandatory to resolve any manufacturing claim issues, and are to be directed to the original store / point of purchase.

This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, negligence, accidents, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Our products are designed and manufactured to be worn in all types of climates and terrain but signs of age, wear and tear are normal and will appear over time. Normal wear and tear will be taken into consideration when assessing any warranty request. While the product is designed and constructed for off road terrain, normal wear and tear is to be expected and this will Not be considered for a warranty claim.

We do not recommend direct heat (remove the insoles and dry the product naturally), and we do not recommend washing machines for the longevity of your norda's due to the manufacturing techniques and risk of high heat.
