REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES 

CANADA, US & INTERNATIONAL 

REFUNDS  

Norda is committed to the satisfaction of our customers.  Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return Process

  1. Contact us by email at info@nordarun.com to request your prepaid return shipping label for Canadian and US orders. (International returns are to be paid by the Sender).
  2. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition; and in its original packaging with the packing material and nylon shoe bag included.
  3. Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label
  4. Use the tracking number provided on the return label to track your parcel 
  5. Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 14 days from receipt of return.
  6. We will send you a email once the return process has been successfully completed and your refund is issued

EXCHANGE

Exchanges are treated as returns, once the return process is completed you can purchase a new item.  We do not guarantee that we have your size in stock
