REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Norda is committed to the satisfaction of our customers. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days after your order is delivered.
- Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your prepaid return shipping label for Canadian and US orders. (International returns are to be paid by the Sender).
- To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition; and in its original packaging with the packing material and nylon shoe bag included.
- Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label
- Use the tracking number provided on the return label to track your parcel
- Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 14 days from receipt of return.
- We will send you a email once the return process has been successfully completed and your refund is issued
Exchanges are treated as returns, once the return process is completed you can purchase a new item. We do not guarantee that we have your size in stock
