REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, UNWORN items can be returned or exchanged with 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the product(s) must include all original packaging materials, such as hang tags (must be attached), nylon bag, and the original NORDA shoe box. International orders are subject to the return & exchange fees outlined below.

Mexico
A Flat fee of $840 MXD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Oceania
Australia: A Flat fee of $85 AUD will be charged for the return of the original order.
New Zealand: A Flat fee of $90 NZD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Central America
Costa Rica: A Flat fee of $50 USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
El Salvador: A Flat fee of $50 USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Guatemala: A Flat fee of $50 USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Honduras: A Flat fee of $50 USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Nicaragua: A Flat fee of $50 USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Panama: A Flat fee of $50 USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
South America
Chile: A Flat fee of $50 USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Peru: A Flat fee of $50 USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Select European Markets & United Kingdom
UK: A flat fee of £50 will be deducted from your refund to cover return cost.
Select European Markets: A flat fee of €50 will be deducted from your refund to cover return cost.
Denmark: A flat fee of 350 DKK will be deducted from your refund to cover return cost.
Switzerland: A Flat fee of 50 CHF will be charged for the return of the original order.
Asia
Singapore: A Flat fee of $70 SGD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Hong Kong: A Flat fee of $400 HKD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Taiwan: A Flat fee of $1,750 TWD will be charged for the return of the original order.

Return & Exchange Process
- Contact us by email at customerservice@nordarun.com to request your prepaid return shipping label.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition; with all original packaging materials: hang tags, nylon bag, original NORDA shoe box
- Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label.
- Use the tracking number provided on the return label to track your parcel
- Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 5-10 days from receipt of return.
- We will send you a email once the return process has been successfully completed and your refund is issued
