REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES 

CANADA, US & INTERNATIONAL 

REFUNDS  

Norda is committed to the satisfaction of our customers.  Should you not be satisfied with your purchase items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days after your order is delivered.

Return Process

  1. Contact us by email at customerservice@nordarun.com to request your prepaid return shipping label for Canadian and US orders. (International returns are to be paid by the Sender).
  2. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition; and in its original packaging with the packing material and nylon shoe bag included.
  3. Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label. If packing instructions are not followed and a second return label is required a fee of $40USD will be applied.
  4. Use the tracking number provided on the return label to track your parcel 
  5. Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 5-10 days from receipt of return.
  6. We will send you a email once the return process has been successfully completed and your refund is issued

EXCHANGE

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us by email at customerservice@nordarun.com to request your prepaid return shipping label for Canadian and US orders. (International returns are to be paid by the Sender)
  2. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition; and in its original packaging with the packing material and nylon shoe bag included
  3. Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label
  4. Use the tracking number provided on the return label to track your parcel 
  5. Upon receipt of your return, your return will be examined to ensure it meets the above outlined guidelines. Once the shoes passes inspection a replacement pair will be processed and shipped for free 

(We do not guarantee that we have your size in stock)

SIZE EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are treated as exchanges. Norda will provide one (1) free size exchange within 14 days after your original order is delivered.  Subsequent size exchanges will be charged a $40(USD) shipping fee.
