Return Process

  1. Contact us by email at customerservice@nordarun.com to request your prepaid return shipping label.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition; and in its original packaging with the packing material and nylon shoe bag included.
  3. Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label.
  4. Use the tracking number provided on the return label to track your parcel 
  5. Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 5-10 days from receipt of return.
  6. We will send you a email once the return process has been successfully completed and your refund is issued

 Exchange Process 

  1. Contact us by email at customerservice@nordarun.com to request your prepaid return shipping label.
  2. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition; and in its original packaging with the packing material and nylon shoe bag included
  3. Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label
  4. Use the tracking number provided on the return label to track your parcel 
  5. Upon receipt of your return, your return will be examined to ensure it meets the above outlined guidelines. Once the shoes passes inspection a replacement pair will be processed and shipped for free 

(We do not guarantee that we have your size in stock)

RETURN FEES
Australia: A Flat fee of A$85 will be charged for the return of the original order.
Chile: A Flat fee of $50USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Costa Rica: A Flat fee of $50USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Denmark: A flat fee of 350 DKK will be deducted from your refund to cover return cost.
El Salvador: A Flat fee of $50USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Guatemala: A Flat fee of $50USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Honduras: A Flat fee of $50USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Mexico: A Flat fee of MX$842 will be charged for the return of the original order.
New Zealand: A Flat fee of NZ$90 will be charged for the return of the original order.
Nicaragua: A Flat fee of $50USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Panama: A Flat fee of $50USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Peru: A Flat fee of $50USD will be charged for the return of the original order.
Select European markets: A flat fee of €50 will be deducted from your refund to cover return cost.
Switzerland: A Flat fee of CHF50 will be charged for the return of the original order.
United Kingdom: A flat fee of £50 will be deducted from your refund to cover return cost.
