If you're not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Visit our RETURN PORTAL to submit your request. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
Returns are free for US and Canada orders.
A return shipping fee applies for international orders.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received in incorrect order or defective product.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition.
- Packed inside a protective carton to prevent damage in transit.
- Accompanied by all original packaging, and with any included accessories.
Exchanges
We process exchanges through a reorder-and-process because inventory is limited and cannot be reserved. Place a new order for the item(s) you want, which enables you to secure available inventory while your return is is transit. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issue to the original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse and passing inspection.
Damages
