REFUND & RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Visit our RETURN PORTAL to submit your request. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
Returns are free for US and Canada orders.
A return shipping fee applies for international orders.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received in incorrect order or defective product.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition.
- Packed inside a protective carton to prevent damage in transit.
- Accompanied by all original packaging, and with any included accessories.
Exchanges
We process exchanges through a reorder-and-process because inventory is limited and cannot be reserved. Place a new order for the item(s) you want, which enables you to secure available inventory while your return is is transit. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issue to the original payment metho
