How to measure your foot
Follow these easy steps to find the perfect size for you. For the best fit, we recommend measuring your feet wearing the socks you run in.

Stand on a piece of paper lengthwise. While in a standing position, mark horizontal lines where the tip of your longest toe lands as well as where the end of your heel is.

Measure the heel-to-toe distance to find your foot length.
Engineered for race day(s), the 005 is the lightest, fastest, and most stable super shoe ever crafted for trail runners.
A pure Arnitel® TPEE foam midsole allow for exceptional responsiveness, extreme durability and best-in-class energy return, redefining what trail running super shoe performance can and should feel like.
We recommend to go up 1/2 size (US) from your normal size.
Upper - Woven with bio-circular Dyneema® for the highest performance, abrasion resistance and the lightest footprint.
Laces - The laces are 4mm instead of 5mm to reduce weight. They are made with Dyneema®, providing higher abrasion resistance, more stretch and is 4x as strong as a standard lace.
005 Fit-Lock System - The 005 has a proprietary fit lock system detailed for race day. The heel collar is designed with pods for increased foot lockdown, comfort and reducing debris entry. The tongue is a smooth, perforated microsuede that molds to the foot and allows for heat to escape during high intensity running. This fit lock system is finished off with a new interior foot binding technology which is engaged via the laces and ensures unwavering stability.
Insole - Two insoles. A molded Arnitel® TPEE insole comes ready inside the 005 for training mileage. An additional die-cut insole is included for race days when you’re looking to shave even more weight.
Midsole - The 005 features an entirely pure Arnitel® (TPEE) midsole unlike any shoe ever has before. This allows for the 005 to be incredibly lightweight and responsive while remaining highly durable. While most supershoes are engineered for race day, the 005 is engineered for race days – plural.
Tongue - The tongue material is a smooth microsuede that molds the foot and is detailed with perforation to reduce heat.
Heel collar - Bigger pods at the collar area for a more tight collar fit and to reduce debris from coming in.
Soleplate - A brand new norda full length one piece soleplate design featuring the world's first release of Vibram® Megagrip Elite rubber. This is a race day compound, which is the grippiest and lightest formulation ever created by Vibram®. The increased traction of the Megagrip Elite allows for varying lug heights, which accommodate seamless transitions between technical trails and fire roads.
